Liverpool House is a large double fronted guest house with excellent accommodation, both with and without en suite. Situated in town, but with superb views of surrounding hills and countryside.

This guest house is situated in the heart of Wales. Guests arriving at Liverpool House are assured of a warm welcome by the owner Mrs Ann Griffiths. Liverpool House has a total of 9 bedrooms (5 in the main house and 4 in the annexe. Colour television, beverage tray, hairdryer and iron in all rooms. All rooms are centrally heated and are on two floors. No two rooms are the same size or decor. Visitors have access to two lounge areas where they can talk or watch TV on the large TV sets available. Due to the new law it is now an offence to smoke in these premises. Pets are accepted by prior arrangement. Please note that, in the interests of other guests, dogs are not allowed in the dining room and lounges. Throughout the guest house, a very high standard of cleanliness is maintained. Private secure car park and locked accommodation for cycles are available. Groups and families are welcome.


This guest house is situated in the heart of Wales. Liverpool House is on the a44 approximately 250 metres from the town centre.

Local Attractions :
•  Gigrin Red Kite Feeding Centre (1 Mile) - The rare Red Kites and other birds of prey are fed daily.
•  Gilfach Nature Reserve (3 Miles) - A traditional Welsh Longhouse which compliments the Education and Visitor Centre. The farm supports a tremendous abundance of birds and animals. A gift shop, restaurant area and picnic sites complete the facilities which are wheelchair accessible
•  Elan Valley Estate (3 Miles) - Complex of 6 reservoirs set in stunning scenery where you can fish, walk, birdwatch, cycle or just relax. The shop, cafe and information centre is situated just below the first dam and is open March to October.
