By Car:
- Take the M6.
- Exit at junction 32.
Or:
- Take the M55.
- Exit at junction 4 or onto the A583.
Then:
- At the fourth set of traffic lights, turn right onto South Park Drive (signposted for Blackpool Zoo).
- Approximately 1/4 mile later, bear right at the mini-roundabout onto East Park Drive.
- The entrance to Herons' Reach is approximately 1/4 mile further along on right-hand side.
Local Attractions :
• Stanley Park - Across the road from the hotel is the famous Stanley Park with its large boating lake, Italian Garden and beautiful tropical house, it is the ideal place to while away an afternoon.
• Blackpool - Back in Victorian times, Blackpool was the first town in the country to 'go electric'. Each year spectacular new sections are added to the display. It's Britain's favourite autumn break, so take a trip to Blackpool lights.
• World Famous Blackpool Tower (2 Miles) - Blackpool Tower was copied from the Eiffel Tower in Paris. The height to the top of the flagpole is 518 feet 9 inches. Blackpool Tower is lit by 10,000 bulbs during the resort's illuminations, which makes it the central attraction!
• Blackpool Pleasure Beach (2 Miles) - Blackpool Pleasure Beach, one of the most celebrated amusement parks in Europe also offers a range of quality live entertainment, everything from Magic and Comedy to the spectacular Ice Show.
