As the Newburgh is a family-run guest house, it does not accept bookings from stag or hen parties, or from same-sex groups of more than 2 people. By Car - From the end of the M5 motorway, head onto the A380 and follow the signs to Torquay. - Follow directions to the seafront. - Pass an open space of grass and gardens on your left. At the traffic lights keep in the left lane. - Turn left onto Belgave Road (The Belgrave Hotel will be on your right). Continue on Belgrave Road and you will see a large green hotel called The Cavendish. - Turn immediately right after the Cavendish, onto Scarborough Road. - The Newburgh Guesthouse is the 2nd property on your left, recently painted pale pink. Parking is unrestricted on Scarborough Road, and on the adjoining Croft Road too. If you get stuck, please call the guest house. Local Attractions : •  river dart cruises (1 Mile) - Join the steam train at Paignton, to Kingswear, cross to Dartmouth on the passenger ferry and select your river cruise to Totnes. The river link bus service completes the cruise from Totnes to Paignton. Round robin tickets include all transportation. •  Kents Cavern (2 Miles) - 2 million years in the making. Let your imagination and senses be challenged as you travel back in time to the realm of cavemen and beyond. •  Babbacombe model village (3 Miles) - Model village, Ideal for a quiet day out where the kids can enjoy themselves walking round the model village and looking for secret signs. •  Crownhill Fort (50 Miles) - Destination PLYMOUTH.
