From Edinburgh - m9 then a9. From Glasgow there is a choice of routes. The most direct is A/M80 via Stirling, then M9 to Perth, and A9 to Inverness. Alternatively, you can indulge in the scenic delights of the A82 via Loch Lomond, Rannoch Moor, Glencoe and past Fort William and Ben Nevis, then skirting the western side of Loch Ness virtually all of the way. From Aberdeen - A96 to Inverness from the South - M1/A1 to Edinburgh then as above, or M6/M74/M73 then A/M80 and onward as above.

• City Tour - Sit back,relax & take in the sights of Inverness City.Tour begins at the Castle following the River Ness through to Bught Area and round Craigphadrig for magnificent views before returning back.
• Inverness Castle (1 Mile) - Built in 1835 to house the Sheriff's Court & Police Dept, a function it still performs today. The Drum Tower of Inverness Castle houses an exhibition portraying the Castle story & is open daily during Summer months.
• Urquhart Castle (26 Miles) - Urquhart Castle is one of the best preserved Castle ruins in Scotland. The Castle is on Strone Point on the shores of Loch Ness. Originally built in the 13th century. The Castle was blown up in 1692 to prevent it becoming a Jacobite stronghold.
• Loch Ness (26 Miles) - The official Loch Ness Exhibition Cntr where you will encounter a hi-tech multi-menia presentation leading you through 7 themed areas & through 500 million years of history, natural mystery & legend. Take a Cruise on the Loch & try to spot Nessie.
