•  Belgrave Hall & Gardens (2 Miles) - Belgrave Hall provides an oasis of peace and quiet in a busy city. It was built in the early 18th century, in what was then a small village 3 miles from the town of Leicester.
•  National Space Centre (2 Miles) - From the minute you catch sight of the Space Centre's futuristic Rocket Tower, you ll be treated to hours of discovery where the stories, personalities and technology of the past and present are used to explain our current understanding of space.
•  Gorse Hill City Farm (4 Miles) - A small animal handling area can be found in the farmyard with rabbits, guinea pigs, ducks and geese. Bigger animals stay in stables scattered over our nine acres of farm land. We also have British breeds in danger of dying out.
•  Abbey Pumping Station Museum (4 Miles) - Leicester's museum of Science and Technology is appropriately located in a late 19th century sewage pumping station. Work began on Abbey Pumping Station in 1887 and was completed in 1891.
