The interiors of the restaurants, private function rooms and bar have been redesigned by Crawford in a manner that is entirely sympathetic to the original structure. Features like the ancient red tiled floor and giant fireplace have been restored. Charming additions that range from tea cosies knitted by the local Women’s Institute to beautifully crafted Belgian benches and commissioned furniture from local craftsmen have been added.
